Exactly as described, but adhesive is poor
Looks good and fits well, but adhesive strip is useless. You need to use your own adhesive or glue

ABS PLASTIC NOT CARBON FIBER
This is not made out of “carbon fiber material” it is PLASTIC . Also the fitment wasn’t terrible but also was not perfect on the passenger side it’s easy to see the silver coloring of the shifter . DONT BE DUMB AND PAY EXTRA FOR SOME PIECE OF PLASTIC !

Poor fit.
Didn’t fit my 2015 BMW F30. Was told by seller that it was supposed to fit my specific model. Will be returning.

Eh, not impressed.
It’s an ok product. Ok fit. Will easily pull off. Not too impressed. I’m removing it and throwing away. Like I said. Looks just ok.

Adhesive complications
I love the new look but the adhesive strips were a bit difficult to peel the red liner covering the sticky portion; even the extra adhesive strips that come with the product are difficult to peel as well. I resorted to buying some gorilla clear coat glue to ensure all edges were properly secured. I love the item though.

Easy installation with a professional look & feel.
This product was easy to install on my 2015 435i and looks like the carbon fiber came as is from the factory. Looks great and so much easier to install than the other option of disassembling the shift knob to replace the outer trim.
