This is a professional machine, national component only. We do have some other cheaper alternatives that are weaker.

Q: What size is the sound head(wand)? does it have other mhz options or it only 3mhz? can you increase the power with a button??

Hi :) The size of the soundhead is 7cm². This one is 3mhz only, we do sell other options with 1 Mhz and 3 Mhz in one equipment, but not on Amazon. You can change the parameters (mode, pulse...) pressing the button. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Q: Has the bad instruction manual with no specific instruction written in a foreign language problem been settled with this product?

We've always sent English instructions, and if you like we can send some protocols for the unit.
