Unmatchable Execuitve Recliner Chair Bonded Leather Black Brown Cream Armchair Home Office (Black, Star Base Malmo)

Very poor quality product ... the base is made of poor quality and badly designed mdf which cracked while assembling ... the assembly manual is not at all clear and although am a DIY enthusiast, it took me a fair while to put it together ... not worth the trouble of wasting time on this very poorly designed and poorly engineered product. I am not even sure that the upholstery is made of genuine leather although the description does claim so...

Excellent chair. Comfortable. A lot more cushioned than i thought it would be. Not as good as real leather but very close. Foot stool is made to the right hight. So you wont lose circulation in your legs. It doesnt have a massage function built in to it in case you were wondering. Last thing which is good is that the chair does not stink your room out for ages after unboxing. It pretty much has no smell. I would reccomend this chair if you cant afford to pay for rea leather. As a lot if other cheaper chairs like these are horrible. If you buy this chair do not get the one with the star base. The quality is not good. The seat feels hard when you sit in it. Its not that comfortable at all.

I was looking to replace my large lazy boy chair and came across this chair and stool. The order was delivered the next day. The only thing against giving it a 5star rating is that the instructions for building it could be clearer but as far as being stylish and comfortable it is excellent.

Arrived well packaged but was not happy with chair. The leather was stretching badly over the seat framework, so decided to return it.

Due to me being disabled I found the installation being difficult to follow and the chair being much too low for me to get out of. Jack Driver

One of the legs has broken after less than 1 month. A normal size male lent forward and almost fell off the chair as the leg cracked it could have been dangerous. Perhaps a design fault. The supplier is sending an immediate replacement leg. Buyers beware of possible problem.

Lovely to look at and sit but takes quite a bit of strength to put together. Instructions in words not just pictures would help.
