But even if I eat cottage cheese for example it will get into the holes in my teeth and cause me extreme pain. Sorry I've actually been using this orthodontic wax over the holes in my teeth and it molds and sticks to my teeth extremely well. I have even bought 100% natural beeswax and it does not stay on. The cheaper off-brand stuff that I would assume would be the same actually I understand why it has the vitamin E or whatever is in it that actually makes it not go dry and cracked it's critical for me right now that I have this wax over the holes in my teeth so I can actually even eat anything at all with the condition of my teeth. Just thought that might be helpful for somebody. I change out the wax usually every few days on my teeth.
