I have to agree with the other review. The angle from the handle to the bottom of the scraper is not perpendicular. This means that if you are setting the short side of the scraper on your cake board the the long side of the scraper with be at an angle that from top to bottom like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. This is not ideal for cake scraping. The scraper should be straight up and down when you are resting the side of it on your cake board. 2 Stars because this can be used for other things.

I purchased this for taller cakes, it does work but I didn't realize that the edge had an angle when I ordered it so you cant really get a straight edge..does work great for top of cake

Has nice edge and fits comfortable in hand. Size works for me.

I liked the height of it. The metal one I purchased years ago is only about 5 inches tall, and I needed one at least 7". This is ok. Not as great as metal. But it serves its purpose.

Ugh..you cant hold this upright to smooth sides of cake, the sides are slanted!

Loved the larger size for using on taller cakes! Lightweight and easy to clean!

Beware. The photo shows straight edges, but when I received the item it’s edges were considerably angled. If ur looking to use as a cake scrapper, then it won’t work. Thankfully I was able to return it.
