This converter does not work well for PAL-M (Brazil) system ...
This converter does not work well for PAL-M (Brazil) system. When inputting a PAL-M signal the output frame becomes shorter (fewer lines) with a black rectangle at the bottom. Also, the output image has a huge delay from the input image and only refreshes every 1 second, make it impossible to watch a video or play video games.

Picture is great, but I'm getting 1 frame per second with this device. Very disappointed. And the seller has not responded yet.
