The scooter is fun, fast and so far a joy to use. My only issue is, would it have hurt these guys too much to pay a little money to someone who could have written the instruction manual in understandable English? There are actual errors in the manual, and in addition other things are difficult to figure out due to the lack of language skills. There is even an important part of the operation which is completely missing from the manual! Thank goodness it was easy to put together and figure things out by myself, but it would have been a whole lot easier if someone who spoke or wrote English could have briefly reviewed and modified the instructions in the first place.

UDATED REVIEW:I used this daily for my commute on flat roads, the engine broke and is seized. I contacted Amazon about making a warranty claim, they are unable to connect me with the seller. I can't locate the manufacturer of the product either to submit a warranty claim. I would not buy this product again.The scooter tops out at 16 mph with a 200lb man riding it on flat ground fully charged. It has three modes, the top speed was done in sport. It take a while for it to accelerate up to cruising speed relative to a Lime or a Bird Scooter you can rent. But it takes me to and from my BART stop in the bay area in under 10 mins. Currently investigating if there is a way to upgrade the firmware to make it go faster/have a better acceleration.Folding feature is great and easy to use for taking it on public transportation. Quick charge time. Good value, just wish it would accelerate faster.

Have two compliments or issues that came with the product. The charing port is half obstructed so the charger won't go completely in. I had to shave it down to get it to charge completely. Also, the kick stand is almost useless. It hardly keeps the scooter upright. The scooter is much more bulky than it appears in the pictures. I will test drive it and update my findings accordingly.

Upon unboxing I saw several pieces of the scooter were damaged (throttle was broken, tail light didn't work, etc), unsure if it was from shipping or assembly issues, but overall it felt like it was a lot of cheap plastic components that would continue to break on me so I returned it. I would definitely consider buying again once these quality issues are worked out.
