Chalkboard Memo Board with Tin Frame 24 Inch

I bought this board and white liquid chalk marker that are erasable. Just tried erasing and it won't erase! I wasted my money on this board. Now I can only trash it... can't use it.  Chalkboard Memo Board with Tin Frame 24 Inch

I read the reviews about it being hard to erase, but I thought if I used water too and removed the chalk quickly I would be OK- wrong. I'm using this for a weekly update on my growing belly for our 1st pregnancy. Unfortunately the first week is forever marked on the board and I can't get it off.This was cheaply made and looks like someone just spray painted a piece of wood with chalkboard paint. Would not buy this again.

As mentioned in one of the other reviews it does not take chalk. Also, if you use chalk markers they will not erase. You are stuck with the message forever. The only thing it has going for it is the black piece is removable and it looks just like the picture.

This added a great touch to my wedding. I wrote the drink list on this. Now it is above my fireplace in the kitchen. Looks great there also! Great price, great quality and arrived fast! Tin has a beautiful rustic look to it.

Although very attractive you cannot write on the chalk board background it does not accept chalk. Although I tried two different brands it would not show up. Very disappointing.

Perfect rustic look with the worn metal edges and hanging rope. Very decorative and functional. It definitely completes the hallway in our place.
