Salicylic Acid Exfoliator 2% Get Clear Skin the Easy Way

I bought this product for minor acne: some closed and open (black) comedones, mostly on my chin. It is too soon (only been using it for 2 weeks) to give my definitive opinion about this product, but so far it seems to work in unclogging my pores. Does that mean the comedones are gone? Yes, but there are still new ones forming, so my face overall does not look better (nor worse) at this point. Might be because my hormones are out of whack since I quit birth control pills. The product does seem to exfoliate strongly, cause my skin gets dry and a bit flaky. After I used it, I look a bit red (but I have sensitive skin, so that's probably why). Zits do seem to heal faster, and sometimes the product has exfoliated my skin to the point where a tiny 'plug' (blackhead) literally sticks out with its little black head (dried up like a tiny grain of rice), which allows me to just 'pick it up' with tweezers and simply take it out of my pore.. which is super awesome!Lets see if it works in diminishing blackheads in the long run..

I love this stuff to death and have officially made it an essential part of my daily face routine! I am VERY prone to acne and cystic breakouts. This stuff helps keep my breakouts at bay. I use both an external exfoliant (Neogen Bio-Gauze Pads) and this stuff which delves into my pores to clean them inside out. Love that this is Ph balanced for skin. It's a bit pricey for the amount of product, but I bite the bullet because it works. I was wary at first because it contains alcohol, but I only use this at night followed with a heavy hyaluronic acid night moisturizer so my skin does not dry out.

The second ingredient is alcohol. I should have read that before purchasing! Now I can't use this. Very good product. Keeps skin glowing, soft, smooth and clear. It actually changes the texture and clarity of skin. I will continue touse it and I have given away at least 3 bottles to friends because I am so impressed with how this Salicylic Acid product works.So, so, so much better than Glycolic Acid!!! You will not be sorry if you try it.

I get headless pimples on my face. If I leave them alone, the bumps get larger and take a long time to come to a head or not at all. If I pick at it, it becomes a huge scab that takes a long time to heal. This solution has stopped all of this! It's been a real relief.

2% Salicylic acid without all the other junk! You can get 2% salicylic acid toner at any store, but it's all filled with unnecessary additives. As someone with a LOT of contact allergies, I try and eliminate as much unnecessary things as possible. This toner is perfect.

I bought this along with the cleanser and the exfoliator for T zone and I've been using it every morning and night. I love how my skin looks clearer and more vibrant. It does leave my cheeks little dry so i have to look for something for that and also an eye serum to accompany this combination of products.

I've been using salicylic acid for a month and do not see a change. I had high hopes for it getting rid of blackheads. I'll try it for one more month because I was told that it takes time.
