very High Quality and Good looking
This is not my first Weaver product. its my third collar purchase and we buy Weaver Equine Leather products. You can't go wrong. You will loose it before it looks bad or wears out. If you were confused on size, I received a 17" Collar. My dogs neck measured 17.5". Perfect fit. The 24 is overall length.

Classy!
It makes her look classy yet still let's her look tough at the same time for my German Shepherd and it's leather is so nice and thick. Inside is soft as well so its not so rough on them.

Excellent quality
Sizing and craftsmanship is way better than I expected for the price. My reverse brindle Boxer is looking darn stylish. I’ve had compliments!
