Great value for money! *by A***R on 17 May 2018* Buying this set my concern was the quality wouldn’t be very good due to the price however after almost 2 months usage there are almost no signs of wear and tear. As you can see from my picture on a park gym bar they stretch from the bar to the floor no problem. I'm 6 foot i think the bar is 8 foot. I own 2 WOD Nation resistance bands which cost more than these 4 do. They're great and haven’t seemed to wear much either, but I can’t really see much difference between them. So these come in much more economical and probably will be better value for money. I got this set so I could have bands in different rooms, preset on my chin up bar and in my gym bag without having to keep moving them.I recommend resistance band themselves they give you the ability to go through failure and get a few extra reps or extra hang time on the bar which is where the major gains are. They’re also super useful for stretching and have great utility. The green band in this set is very strong and will probably allow you to do a chin up if you can't do any normally. With resistance bands, you need a few different strength ones to do different exercises so this set is a great starting place for beginners. I will update if any break, so far so good! I plan to bring them with me when I travel. They are excellent quality, very durable. The resistance for each color is as specified and they come with a guide to teach you how to use them. If you hop onto Pinterest there is a large variety of resistance band workouts there as well. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to any fitness enthusiasts arsenal! *by S***H on 14 June 2018* First up these bands are built really well, feel really strong with no risk of snapping and pinging back at you. Apart from that there's not much else too them, they're just bands!However I thought I'd talk through some of the use I get out of them...Although I do take mine to the gym to help me warm up, they are particularly useful at home:- To add extra resistance to home gyms with limited weights, to keep you progressing.- To add assistance to pull-ups + dips, decreasing resistance over time.- Even without any weights there is so much you can do with these bands to get a good workout and a pump on.
