Boy does it really heat up! I even got a burn from it. But it really does feel good!

Don't waste your time by ordering this product. It does not perform as indicated in the product information or the reviews. It barely gets warm, and if you have neck problems and need heat (e.g., Thermacare usage), then you will be sorely disappointed. I count this purchase as a mistake. I wish I had not wasted my time or money.

This product works as well if not better than what the description says. Having a fractured vertebra I don't have much support anymore and a lot of pain. This little guy works wonders to stop the pain in my neck and helps with my headaches. The more pain I have the faster it works, If i don't have much pain it will take quite a while before it does anything so I only use it when the pain strong. I have had this for over a month and used it about 2 to 3 times a week and it still works perfectly! I will continue to order these and recommend them to anyone who has neck pain or an injury.With this neck brace I can hold of on having the surgery I need until I have enough saved up.

This product works well. It does heat up rapidly where needed. I interestingly, my friend (who bad no neck pain) put it on and felt nothing - but the instructions do say that it will not heat up if you don't need it! My only reason for only 4 stars is that it was too large for my neck! The Velcro didn't reach far enough on the band for it to be worn comfortably. If it were more adjustable and maybe more versatile (I'd like to use it at the base of my neck and over a shoulder), I'd love it! I'm small-bones, so It should be good for most people. Unfortunately I'm going to return it & look for something else along these lines.

This product works. You can take it anywhere because it is easy to pack or put in a pocket, it weighs next to nothing and once you put it on, it starts working immediately. I start feeling heat and loosening of the muscles in five minutes or less. Velcro closure makes it easy to fit it comfortably. If I put it on at the early appearance of neck pain, the pain is gone in minutes. If I wait to put it on until the pain is established, it takes a little longer.

This product is amazing! I have multiple herniated discs and I needed support and heat. This heated up in about 10 minutes and was hotter than my heating pad. It also cooled down and reheated somehow. After I took it off, the heat continues for quite a while after which was surprising. I can thoroughly say I enjoyed this product!
