I can not figure out to play recordings on my PC windows 10, says not the right format, it's in WAV, not MP3. Plus I ordered it with the extra memory but can't figure out how much memory I actually have. I am about to send it back! Yes, it is made well and does record but if I can't listen to it on my computer then it is useless to me! Not sure how to star it due to these reasons so I will do a 3!

My high school aged child suffers from ADHD and we've talked about getting a voice recorder to help him with notes during lectures and knowing what assignments are. This is very suitable for our needs and he is very excited to have something to help him in class. I like that it has a loop on one end, so we can attach it to his backpack so he never loses it.

User manual was missing, and the product has zero presence online. How hard would it be to have a PDF download of the manual? All my recordings, in 2019, were datestamped as 2014. I tried to plug it into a pc and correct, but there was no program/app to update it. I tried Googling and no big deal.It seems like a decent product if you don't need a current date/timestamp, but that is critical for my needs. Regardless, the lack of a website for the company that makes this is a bit sketchy too.

This is great, I already used it to record an abuse investigation so I could remember details. My daughter wants one for her classes. Thank you.

Handy little item for this forgetful Grandma. I keep it clipped on my bag and use it regularly, so much easier than searching for pen & paper...and then looking for that! Charge seems to be lasting a long time, which is a bonus.

Don't throw your money away I got two of these and neither one of them worked one was to replace the other one that didn't work but neither one of them would playback the recording. More Chinese junk, surprise surprise surprise.

Does not allow me to set time and date. Also, I was expecting something simple to use to make a quick note and playback on the device. Not very user friendly. However, Playback on computer has good sound.

A quick, easy way to voice record reminders while away from paper and pencil. Easy to use and easy to carry on my key chain.
