This year in early February I found I could really use a replacement head (I suspect a certain someone has been "testing" my Laxcare hair removal system). Anyway, I wrote Lucy, the manufacturer/supplier who responded very quickly, verified my purchase order number, and -- because I couldn't stop telling her how happy I am with the product -- she arranged to have two replacement heads sent to me from Amazon in Seattle. I have to say I didn't even bother to read the directions the first time I used it; it's very easy, and it does the job COMPLETELY without a lot of fuss and bother. Bought this less than a year ago...worked great...then stopped working, always kept it clean, replaced battery and the only thing that works is the light...ugh
