i did what the instructions stated and measured my foot per the companys instructions. I then ordered a half size larger for wiggle room. when i received the skate and tried it on, it was small. so i engaged the company and let them know i would like to return them for a larger size. i was refunded Minus the shipment back to them) and then was credited in my account, where i re-ordered a size up. i am happy with the skates as they are very nice and have great comfort, but i think i could have gone up another size (which would have been my true shoe size) but i didnt want the hassle of paying return shipping again, then to re-order and wait again.

I love these skates!!! I’ve been playing hockey for a couple years now and I started off with some expensive American brand that took way too long to ship and only lasted me a couple months but these are 3x cheaper then my old pair, more durable, and easy to break into. I’m so happy I finally have a pair of skates that I love and it got shipped really fast, I got them almost the next day after ordering. 10/10 would buy again!!

It is very soft and comfortable, The only thing that I don't like is the front too wide, I have small feet and it is very hard for me to stay balance while when I weared it on the ice. I truthly like the design and quality, if front can make it a little bit smaller will be perfect.

These skates are well balanced. They do need to be sharpened before use, which is typical. I sharpened mine to 5/8" and left the profile as is. After sharpening, though, they are amazing on ice. They aren't as high around the ankle as other skates I've tried, but it isn't a problem once you are used to it. Aside from performance, they are very fashionable, and I have received many compliments on them.
