Malawi Ngapani Peaberry Coffee Beans from the Sable Estate, RFA Certified (Light Roast (City), 5 pounds Whole Beans)

I sometimes wish there was a 4.5 star button but I'll make do with what is available. I really like this coffee but it would never be one of my choice for something I want to drink every day. The aroma is very pleasant and the taste is lovely ( for me there is just a slight hint of graham crackers). The thing that keeps it from being one of my go-to varietals is what I would call mouth feel in a wine. Although it is a medium body coffee, it is very much on the light end of that spectrum. It's not necessarily a bad thing, it's just not my preference.All that being said, I do find that if I just want a single cup of coffee later in the evening, this is perfect for me.

I would have kept buying from them for a long time but they went prime and raised their prices $2.5 per pound. Now I can find better deals but as far as this seller. If you wanna fork it out, it’s good coffee and fresh.

I am absolutely happy with the delicious freshly dark roasted peaberry, this is a new favorite. Malawi grows excellent beans and the roaster is very capable. thanks a ton!

This coffee is remarkable! I figured I would give it a try based on the description, and I definitely wasn't disappointed! This coffee has a nice rich flavour with hints of fruity apricot and oranges.Definitely reminds me a lot like Kenyan coffee but it is unique in it's own way. A must buy for those interested in expanding their coffee experience!!

Without a doubt the worst coffee I have received. First I noticed how every bean was different, some being about ⅓ the size of other beans and unevenly roasted. The little ones are hard as rock, which actually caused my hand grinder to break! The aroma of the beans is next to nothing, once brewed the color and taste is closer to TEA than any coffee I've ever had.I've bought other varieties of beans that I was very pleased with but this is certainly not one of them! I can not think of any redeeming qualities of this particular bean.

Not the best peaberry taste. I ordered a light roast. I think it was roasted too lightly which may have affected the taste. It appeared to me to be so light that the beans had a slight green caste to them.
