Rv Comfort Colman-mach 12-volt Digital Thermostat Black

Had an analog in our camper that came from the dealer. I was never able to keep a steady temp. Either freezing or burning up. I was a little too excited to find this according to the boss. Was a super easy install and conversion. We took it to a park in the middle heat of TX and kept a constant temp. I couldn't be happier with this.

Just a perfect replacement for the analog thermostat I had. Easy to install. If I was going to suggest something it would be to label the cables with their colors as installing this in a dark camper (no electric) was hard as the green and gray looked a lot alike in the darken camper.

The wiring was straight forward and the unit works well. There is a one degree F swing on each side of the setpoint which is like your home thermostat. The unit displays the room temperature when not changing setpoint. This unit is wider and a little shorter than the Coleman manual thermostat it replaced.

Unit arrived fast. Instal was simple. Unit worked great for about a week and a half then had stopped working one night and we woke up cold.. Contacted company communications throug e mail were prompt I requested a new unit be mailed out for replacement and it has yet to arrive going on 1+ week since last e mail.

Install was nice and easy. Took about 15-20 minutes to make the change. I am happy to have a digital thermostat and get rid of the analog one (with big tempature swing of about 8-10 degrees).

This thermostat was replacing a cheap model that came with our new RV. Used it last season and it works great and was easy to install ourselves less than 15 minutes.

I have a Rockwood travel trailer that came with a analog thermostat for my Colman a/c. This digital one swapped out perfectly. Same wiring as the analog. Took about 10-minutes to complete the job.

This unit was purchased to replace the existing analog unit that came with the travel trailer, and it works as designed.
