Since the day I got the hip trainer, I use it once a day. While using it, I can feel it tensing my muscles like the fact that it actually moves my butt muscle. After using, my muscles feel worked out but relaxed. It will automatically turn off after 23 minutes, which is very good. You must be careful of pasting the pads and choosing the right intensity at first. Also, I like that I can charge the Controller with my mac instead of using battery. It works way better! The gel pad is adhesive. So far so good. Overall, it is very easy to use and really helps to stimulate the hip muscle. Highly recommended to try!

Took me a minute or two to figure out what to do but wow I'm impressed totally worth the money. Will update in a bout a month or two and say if it really works but so far you can really feel it working and it does not hurt (let that be clear) totally worth more than what it cost even if it stopped working I would immediately but another same one!

This worked great at first! I felt and saw a difference. But, it just stopped working after the first week (approximately 5th use). Charging it made no difference. It would still turn on but it was barely doing anything, even on the highest setting I could barely feel any pulses which was a DRASTIC difference from when I first got it. So basically, decent product for a decent price except for the fact it broke after the first week. And there is no option to exchange. It's up to you if you want to risk it.

It works well. It helps toning and really adds up to my work out. I love it!

Didn't even turn on. Such a scam product. Returning. Do not buy.

The product does not work! I emailed rhe customer service email and got no response!
