TLS CORE Fat & Carb Inhibitor

Always consult your doctor before using any supplements. To my knowledge this product does not contain any stimulants.I've found CORE a great addition to (not instead of) my regimen for weight loss. The premise is that it interrupts the conversion of carbohydrates to stored fat in your body. I take it as directed (about an hour before eating - empty stomach and drinking lots of water is best). Watched my portions and exercised - lost 35 lbs. over 5 months.It's been very helpful when traveling for work - I neither exercise nor eat properly, but I don't gain weight when taking CORE.

I just bought more of this, so I should probably give it full five stars but I have a question:some fats cla, and dha for instance need to be absorbed by the body. Does this product inhibit the absorption of these good fats?Does it work like Olestra the fat eliminator that used to be in some fatty foods?Any wisdom?

Love this product. But, will not purchase again. When I first started buying this awesome product the cost was a reasonable $45.00. Less than a year later the cost is now $58.00. it went to $50.00, I didn't like the encrease, but purchased anyway. When I went to reorder it jumped to $58.00. If you don't mind the increased pricing I would say purchase the product.

I really believe that if taken 30 min. before a meal it makes you eat less and feel satisfied with your meal. It worked the same for m y husband when he remembers to take it. IT does make a difference when you take it at the right time. If you take it and then directly eat I see no difference and consume more food.

I am seeing results using this product. I am not as hungry as I used to be and the supplements are keeping my diet on track.

Works wonders. I used in conjunction with Live the Lifestyle management plan and have dropped 35 lbs in the last 5 months....I truly recommend the plan as it does indeed work. It's NOT a diet plan not gimmick. It's a LIFESTYLE change.
