First off this watch is really nice and we'll made. It's metal and feels solid (not heavy, but strong and well made). The screen is very clear and bright and is also full screen touch, rather than a small sec ion you can press and hold or swipe. Heart rate monitor and blood pressure are quite accurate. Sleep seems a bit hit and miss. The app isn't so good and a bit buggy. But it does the job and gets things working well enough.Trouble is the following, for me anyway. The screen has 4 watch faces and to change them you long press on the screen. But if you rest your arm against anything or when you sleep with it on the screen changes due to coming into contact with things. There doesn't seem to be a way to lock the face. The metal strap for me was uncomfortable but the rubber one was perfect. In the description of this watch I saw it said it controlled music (which was a good sell point for me). But after I checked through the app and phone I could not find how to do this. I emailed their customer service who told me that the watch did not control music and this was a misunderstanding.Shame really because it's a nice size, well made, looks and feels great. But the watch face problems, laggy app and no music control means it's not the watch for me.

Hi we have down loaded Wear Health app and have tried to registrar but its says an account already exists, which it does not we have tried to to resend the password and then our told account doesn't exist. have also tried to registrar using different email address to be told there is already an existing account . So we cant use the watch as we cant use the app do you have any suggestions before we send it back to you.This was brought as a present for my Grandson.Kind regardsPender

Good for price BUT battery lasts only 2 days.The blood pressure feature is useless.Heart rate monitor is not far off.

It took at least 5 attempts to download the app, which then drained my phone. The first time I used the watch while swimming, it stopped working. There doesn't seem to be any guarantee and the option to return the damn thing expires a month after purchase. Total waste of money.

Great watch up to now, nice size, easy to pair with phone app. Everything seems to work ok.
