I add these for nutrition and flavour.
I buy these things by bulk because they are delicious and they come with the oil I like. Add them to Cup Noodles or Ramen. Eat them by themselves. There is nothing I can say that will do them justice, I've been eating them since I was a very small child. As an adult, I learned to add croutons or olives and eat that as a great small breakfast. I've always been a shell fish fan and these little bites are fantastic when you add them to anything.
