A workout friend told me about this and how it’s good for your joints/workout recovery. I’ve been using it daily for 7 months and my finger nails are very strong and harder to cut with nail clippers AND my thinning hair has been growing back on top fuller as well as in length. Wow, I was not expecting that! Maybe it’s the extra quality protein source in my diet from this product? I take this every day as directed. It is not a pain pill so that is not relevant. It does not have any flavor, I don't think it is supposed to. None of the supplements are exactly easy to swallow so I just drink plenty of water before and after. These supplements are used to strengthen things like connective tissue, joints, and certain vessels in the body. If you have certain conditions that stress your body, you may benefit from taking it. If you are young and healthy, maybe not. I am neither of those, so I will be taking it for the long haul!

Not real effective for arthritis pain but good for skin hair and nails

I've been taking collagen supplements for a while now. I find that it helps my skin look healthier and the same for my skin and nails. A daily collagen supplement is a must, especially as we get older. I switched to this brand due to the lower cost. I'm not seeing any difference from my previous brand, which is a good thing. I'll continue taking these supplements to contribute to my healthy lifestyle.
