Works best with organic coconut oil underneath. It takes less of the product and without a moisturizer underneath it actually dries in a not comfortable way.

This is great. It is a gel, so it glides on easy, do not need too much. as soon as it dries.. less puffy eyes. I found it by accident, looking for peptides in the ingredients. this had them. so far no bad reaction. it does not leave a film. i put my face cream moisturizer over it when it dries. :) happy so far.
