The upgraded Immersion Pro can even reverse this process, bringing ambient heat back into wort through the transfer rod to raise the temperature in your beer. Well i'm on my second batch of beer, and it's amazing. Still not sure how it works, but it kept the temp. Within a .2Β° degree temp! I plan on buying another one. Doesn’t cool very great. No where near the 35 degrees above or below ambient. I was getting 25, max. ### ⭐ The promise does not come close to the actual reality of the product *by D***L on April 30, 2019* I have three BrewJacket devices. They all started out great and worked for the first several batches. Eventually all of the devices started to no longer cool as they were supposed to.BrewJacket offers VERY limited technical support. As a (possibly) small/young company they obviously do not understand the importance of technical support. It seems to be treated as an afterthought.
