I thought this watch had a touch screen. Its doesnt. It is a button at the bottom that you tap on to then scroll through the menus.The watch is fairly accurate and is good at alerting you when you have a notification.

Had to turn most of the apps off as it used to much of the battery. It keeps losing the connection with the watch/ phone.

Good watch but unfortunately I had to return it found it too heavy and bulky for my small wrist

Purchased 2 one for me and my partner because of good quality reviews. Sleep monitor is way off. Does not track naps and gets sleep time wildly inaccurate. In addition to the hr. BP ok. Would be nice is you could see the timings of reports throughout the day so you can monitor triggers points. Which was part of the purchase. Good for receiving phone alerts and looks smart and durable but the health related items fall short compared to others. And the app keeps forcing close and losing sync will have to return. Ps I have a Samsung s10 plus and he an iPhone so it shouldn't be this unreliable. Shame. Also item is not waterproof as suggested item has completely stopped working after I went swimming

Really love this watch. Easy to use and link to my phone. Had a problem with the charger - it broke within 2 weeks, but I messaged to seller and soon received a new charger (f.o.c) and for my inconvenience they sent me a new strap. Their customer service was excellent.

This was a terrible purchase, and we returned it after a few days of trying to get it to work. If you are after a smart watch with fitness tracking capabilities, do not waste your time and effort with this. Save your money, and wait and get a Samsung Galaxy Watch or Samsung Gear Sport.

Do smarter have got good customer service and they tend to reply quite fast if you have got any query.Great watch, recommend.
