How to Remove Back Plate
The instructions should be amended to say how to remove the plate on the doorbell or ship with plate uninstalled.The back plate SLIDES OFF. Do not try to pry it off. Once the plate is removed, the battery cover and charging port are exposed. I deducted one star for this reason.Watching another users video was helpful to see how this is done.It’s a nice looking doorbell and was easy to pair with the IOS app and remote chime. Video and sound are clear. The Cruise setting allows you to pan the camera. This feature allows full view of my front drive, side walk and down the street! Night view works great. Had to use the adhesive strip to start off. If it doesn’t hold I will install with screws. Not a bad price for the whole package.

Uselesss
When the camera detects motion it notifies you and record into the cloud,BUT!!!! It will only record after someone has already walked up to the door and left!!! So you never know who the hell showed up to your house making it useless!!! Yes you can record all day if you like but obviously that’s not the point and your just wasting memory! Useless I tell you and a Waste of money!

Not worth it
I get calls 3 or more mintues after the motion... the camera has a red glare most of the time.. battery only stay charged about 4 days.. motion works sometimes

Inside ringer does not ring
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. As you can see in my video and say ringer does not ring and it’s only a couple feet away is there something I’m doing wrong

Poor product
Cheaply made. Not a good product. Don’t waste your money.

Works fine for now.
Batteries need to be charged weekly. Not very convenient. Charger sold separately.
