If anything this HURT my neck more!!
I really hated this! It looked so good in the videos I saw, but the device is so stiff and tight, it's hard to open around your neck. And when you are able to, it is so rough and hard it hurts!! Not what you want when you are already sore. This made my neck feel worse.
