Sturdy and Thin. I Recommend this.
I've been using this for a couple of weeks now. It is certainly a thin case, and unfortunately within a couple of days of having it on, I dropped my iPhone 8+ from about 4'. It lived, so the case has some protection to it. My only wish for change is the case would be a little more tactile. I'm used to a larger case with more ridges, and I'm somewhat clumsy. LOL.Of course, being leather I knew it wouldn't have the same "grippy-ness" so I'm not marking it down for that.I recommend this case if you are looking for a decent looking, slim, quality case.

Steer clear
I was very excited to receive this case and it looked beautiful—unfortunately, the side with the volume buttons was defective and wouldn’t allow me to use the upper volume button. Whenever I touched the side of the phone near those, my phone screen automatically displayed the “mute” symbol which would not disappear until I turned the phone off and back on. I responded to a customer service email regarding this experience, and they sent an automatic reply saying something alone the lines of “We apologize for the inconvenience, we’ll pass along the feedback...” No mention of replacement product or refund. I replied to Amazon’s “Was this helpful?” (No) and yet again received an identical response.I highly recommend “DUDETOP” to anyone looking for a phone case. The one I purchased after this product was faulty was not only less than $10, it came with a separate front screen protector kit and was a way more durable case! Using it now and loving it!

Love this case!
Perfect! Pretty blue color, nice leather, the case goes around the top so it is protected from falls. It took a bit of taking my phone in and out of the case before I could get the buttons to work, but now they work great. Love this case!

I purchased this case for the leather aspect and I am loving it so far. Although I have not dropped my phone yet I think it would provide decent protection. Hopefully that doesn’t happen but otherwise the leather feels great and the notch on the bottom really helps the swipe up function on the iPhone X

The bottom of the case does not hold its shape ...
The bottom of the case does not hold its shape well enough - this causes the phone to stick out above the edges of the case at that end, so the bottom part of the screen is not protected.
