And it does that admirably! I mean, it didn't wow me with crazy cool features, but it wasn't supposed to. I upgraded, so I gave my mom my flex, but I wanted to make it nice, make it thoughtful (plus the og band was getting a little gross looking, after a year and a half) so I obviously needed to procure a pink band. So I did, and this was the cost-effective way to do it. The tracker fits nice and tight in the band, it fits my average sized wrist and her plump wrist, stays on like it's supposed to (the little pins on the clasp feel very solid). It fits perfectly, is very similar to the authentic Fitbit band, and the best part is it has a safety clasp made of the same material and color of the band. (There are other brands with clear clasps that I absolutely don’t like the way they look.) I really wanted a clasp because it keeps the excess “tail” of the band from sticking out.
