INK CARTRIDGES LEAKED WHEN FIRST INSTALLED. HAD POOR PRINT QUALITY AFTER ABOUT 10 PRINT OUTS IT IMPROVED

This product was a waste of money! I attempted to print in color multiple times, checking the printer and cleaning the cartridge heads in-between and everything continued to be off in color. When opening the ink cartridges, we discovered that green poured out of the "yellow" and a dark burgundy/almost black came out of the "magenta.". The blue/cyan was closest to the true color but still not quite right. It was apparent that old cartridges used did not have the same color put back in them as originally was and they were not cleaned out before adding a new color. Very disappointing! We ordered new, name-brand ink and no longer had any problems.

my printer won't work properly with this ink , it says its not hp ink & won't let me use it , so it was a waste of money for me

I purchased these for 1/2 the price of the HP ink and thought I was getting a deal. Well you get what you pay for is true. The ink cartridges are not the same. The yellow didn’t fit and the blue was leaking. So I guess I will have to go back to the HP brand as at least I know they are guaranteed to fit. I was very disappointed with this brand. I have purchased other generic ink in the past and never had an issue.

Nothing to complain about from this product its self. Only thing to keep in mind is that the printer may not identify the printer ink cartridges as they are not of oem brand. I personally can easily sacrifice that for the the price cut that is offered over OEM brand. All this takes is checking the ink levels with a print out every couple hundred pages or so depending on if you are printing full color photos or documents.

Intentionally got these delivered overnight because I had an urgent need to print and my current cartridges were about empty (not HP, btw). For what it's worth, I have an OfficeJet Pro 6978 that works flawlessly aside from this instance.Popped these in, go to print, and they're unrecognizable by my printer.100% compatibility? I think not.REFUND, please.
