All the recipes are great so far...i haven’t tried them all yet. It has a very good selection of recipes. I’m super impressed with the dark chocolate cheese cake that tastes like it was made with cheese but wasn’t. Super rich cheese cake! The author is obviously a very talented baker.One of the reasons I didn’t give this 5 stars was because the book isn’t thick and yet the original price was way too much for this small book. I waited till the price came down to something reasonable for a book of this size. I’m all for paying for intellectual property but the original price was way out of the ball park.My second reason for not giving this 5 stars was because I wish the author had included some information about each recipe, like many other cookbooks do. It would be nice to know why cashews work as a substitute in a recipe or how she came up with the idea, or something. As it is, it’s mainly just a little book with great recipes and nothing more. Even the author description is very brief.... marketing background probably makes me more aware of these things, so all in all it’s a good collection of paleo desserts.

Best Paleo dessert cookbook. We have enjoyed every recipe. My grandkids love the brownie recipe, only cook it 45 to 50 minutes.

The book arrived in very good shape due to it being packaged well. It’s a beautiful book. I can’t wait to start reading and cooking the recipes that are in it.

My 13 year old grandson uses it all the time and turns out fabulous desserts.

I've made a few of the recipes in this book and most of the ingredients needed are pretty expensive and some are hard to find. When I made the desserts a lot of them were terribly oily from all the coconut oil and ghee. I'm still glad there is an alternative out there for lower sugar and clean ingredients but so far none of the recipes I've made come out looking like they do in the book.

The recipes look fairly easy but I was disappointed they have no nutritional information.

I’ve baked a quite a few Paleo dessert recipes and have stuck to the few that seem to work, weather it be taste, ease of cooking or ingredients. This book gives a wide variety desserts with the same main ingredients so your not filling your pantry with a ton of ingredients that you’ll only use once. It’s quickly become a staple for me! Love that it’s all in one book!!!
