Towel Warmer Wall Mounted 10 Bar Hardwired Curved Towel Electric Warm Bath Towel Heater

I specifically purchased this unit because of the hardwired features shown in the second and third images as well as the description. If you look closely the show two different models, a hardwired model and one with an electric cord. I received the one with the cord. I am waiting on a response from the seller about a refund. It's odd that they show two different models and do not offer the different models for sale, only this one model. I found this out the hard way. I plugged it in to test the heating capacity and I must say, it does a nice job with heating. I really wanted the correct one so that I could start using it. Be cautious with this purchase. You'll more than likely get the chrome model with the cord instead of the brushed stainless with the hardwire connection.

we tried this a few times, and left towels on it for hours and the towels didn't get very warm at all. The bars got hot to touch, but had no effect on the towels. Im not sure why this was happening, but after reading another review I may try to use it as a dryer, if I remember to. I requested a refund, and it was processed in a very timely fashion. I also send an email about return questions and was responded to the same day. Amazing customer service! However the product wasn't executed very well.

This product is exact what I needed because save money for me because I washed my towels almost every other day due to the bathroom does not have enough ventilation and they stay wet per hours and hours but this product change my life the towel get dry super fast and I don’t need to wash them too often

This towel rack was super easy to install. It heats up fast and warms up my entire bathroom. I think it is a great rack for the price. Others cost a lot more!

It’s bad. Something is lose inside, it’s dirty and of course it has a foreign plug that won’t work in the whole of North America
