It worked out of the box, very easy set up! My only problem is our internet provider has bad service so if you don’t have internet you can’t see your cameras.

Nice system. I really like the PTZ feature and also the NVR it’s versatile and easy to expand on and is compatible with almost any camera. One of the cameras failed but Amazon remedied that problem quickly. Great customer service from Amazon. The NVR is easy to use and navigate. Very easy to setup, it literally plug and play. The only problem with the system that I noticed is that the WiFi repeater that’s supposed to be built into the camera doesn’t work as well as advertised. The camera closet the the NVR has amazing picture quality but the one that was furthest away from the home the quality wasn’t as good and also wasn’t synced to the other camera, it would be off by a 5 seconds or so, if you move the NVR and adjust the antenna it will work properly. I would recommend buying a WiFi extender if you have a bigger home and the camera’s are spread apart. Also the phone app works great.

I have tried every expansion camera for KittyHok and cannot get any to pair. Hired a Camera & Alarm company and they were unable to install the additional cameras either.Need reliability at least four working cameras.

Quit working at 30 days. Was not able to return! Ripoff!
