This chair can be adjusted to fit your desire in many ways, starts from assembly. During assembly, you can somewhat adjust the distance of arm to seat cushion and the back to the seat cushion, not too much, but could be important for someone to find comfort. The arm can also be adjusted vertically (about 5 cm ) and horizontally (about 5-10 degrees). The chair can adjust height as well as the position of lumbar support (only vertically, the description on Amazon saying vertically and horizontally is not correct). The ease of tilt can be adjusted by the knob under the seat. The headrest is in good position and your head can really rest on it, yes, it's position can also be adjusted. I find it has more adjustability than other chairs. I only wish the lumbar support could be softer.Update: A friend visit me at Christmas and researched the chair. The lumbar support can actually move forward and backward and vertically, which fit the "move vertically and horizontally" in description. The knob at chair back can do the magic.

I purchased this chair for my office team. It took me a long time to find the "right" chair for me. I went to Staples and Office Depot sat on almost every chair. I also went to Sam's but just could not find the "right" chair for me. I even looked on Wal-Mart but could not pick the one I wanted. If you are like me, then having too many choices can be a bit overwhelming. So I decided to look at Amazon. Although, Amazon had quite a few choices, the black color stood out to me along with the reviews. End result..... I purchased the black chair and I absolutely love it! This chair assembled easily, I’m put it together in about 40 minutes. It feels sturdy and I am so far pleased with the value. The cushioning feels firm which hopefully means will hold up well over time. After only a few weeks of use I haven't had any employees disappointed with the comfort. I started with 2 just so I could see how they were but now plan on ordering more. Only time will tell how long they hold up, but I feel the value will be worth it in the long run. Good for the price and easy to assemble!!!

I have to admit that I was a little bit apprehensive about buying a chair online without being able to try it our first, but after assembling and sitting in this chair, I am very pleasantly surprised. The chair arrived with no problem; the box was intact, and the parts were very well packed. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the chair; no tools were needed other than the Allen wrenches provided in the box. The fittings seem to be precision made, and the chair parts themselves are very substantial and appear to be well made; the workmanship is very good. One of the reasons I chose this particular chair is that the manufacturer provided specs that included recommended height range (5'3" - 6'1") and maximum weight (330 Lbs.) As I am 6'1" I figured the chair would be ok, and I think the manufacturer got it exactly right. The chair works fine for my height, but anyone taller than 6'1" is going to have trouble getting the headrest and lumbar support high enough. My favorite part of the chair is the adjustable lumbar support, which adjusts in 2 dimensions, exactly as advertised. This chair is way better than the one I replaced, which cost more than twice as much. Based on my limited experience so far, I highly recommend this chair.

I ordered this chair for my office, very comfortable and easy to put together. Also with the mesh back it will be stayed cool for this summer in my warm office. overall a nice chair with adjustable arms. i do like it .The only complaint is the chair is little bit heavy,but it is not a serious problem that i am always sitting in it.

Chair was super comfortable; however, the headrest keeps falling down and will not stay in place which is why I’m returning it. Also, I wish the armrests could lower more. Other than those 2 things I really liked the chair!

The chair was delivered very well packaged with inner and outer box. I assembled it in about 40 minutes. The chair seems to function as designed. Only issue is the headrest does not stay in extended positions. If extended it falls back to the lowest default position. I have had the chair only 24 hours. I can not guess how long the chair will last, though it seems reasonably made and the only issue is the headrest.

Very comfy chair except there are flaws. The lumbar support is made with the chair (Can't be taken off) and it sticks out too far even when it is adjusted. To adjusted you have to get out of your chair and walk behind it and turn the sturdy knob (Unlike other chairs that can adjust certain components while sitting). Last is the headrest, loose design. If you pull the headrest up, it barely stays. I've had times when I sit down and the headrest slides down immediately (this is a cheap lazy design.Overall, the chair is ok but there are better for the price.

This chair has great quality and is very durable. It fits in many small area due to the slender shapes. Looks very simple and very comfortable. I would say the best thing about this chair is the adjustments you can make on it. You can change the handle height, the direction the handle tilts, seat height, and back support, you name it! I would definitely recommend this product, it’s the perfect fit for my office.
