Like the printer very much but had problems not getting the instructions... also hard to download pictures... if you can send instructions on how to download pictures

Some pictures turn out great . The more detailed the photo seems to be less likely to come out perfect. I would recommend for simple designs.

Had some problems at first with the printer I contacted them about it I was mostly annoyed cause they kept telling me to try all these things that I already tried and it went on for about a month but eventually they sent me a new one and so far it works greats!

this gives me an edge over the competition

The nail printer arrived with no black ink cartridge. I want one sent as soon as possible.
