I had been using Digestive Advantage without significant improvement, but I thought it must be OK as it was mentioned by Dr Oz. However, I didn't notice significant improvement. I think Digestive Advantage is probably OK for people in relatively good health but not enough for me with IBS. Then I read that we should check for at least 10 billion colony forming units (CFUs). I could not find any CFUs mentioned on the Digestive Advantage. It only said 10x better survivability than yogurt. So I started looking in Amazon and found Optimal Probiotics to have great review. I have tried it for 10 days so far (2 capsules per day) and noticed the difference. It compliments very well with my low FODMAP diet to avoid IBS attacks. Now I realize that it's not enough to get any good bacteria to survive down the digestive tract. We need to get at least 10 billion CFUs of the right combination of friendly bacteria that really supports digestive and immune system.

An aid to controlling psoriasis. I have been taking this product - just one capsule per day - for at least 7 months. My psoriasis seems to be under control with very infrequent small breakouts on arms and legs. Over a period about 2 years before starting using this product, my arms and legs became mess with unsightly sores covering maybe 30% of my skin. Doctor prescribed treatments of clobetasol and triamcinolon helped a little but did not provide a cure and were relatively expensive. I still use a little triamcinolon (no more than once per week) on individual, rare, small breakout spots but am at least 95% free of psoriasis symptoms. In addition, I no longer experience minor bowel problems. And of course, Amazon.com delivers this inexpensive product to my mailbox in just a few days. Not a scientific review but I hope this product works for others!

Great seller with excellent communication. Had a shipping issue but the seller corrected the issue right away. As far as the product itself, I am very happy with this probiotic. I have IBS and have tried A LOT of different brands and will definitely purchase this one again. This has no side effects and reduces my stomach issues significantly. I also notice my tongue looks cleaner too!

I received this product at a discount for my honest review. This product was mediocre compared to others that I have tried. Sorry but please improve the contents.

I'm happy with these vitamins. I like that they're made in the USA and they're easy to swallow. My only complaint is when buying 60 pills I thought this would last for 2 months, but the instructions encourage you to take 2 per day. I'm happy with the product itself, but a little bummed it wasn't more clear in the description that this was only a one month supply.

I have digestive motility issues and over the past few months, I have been giving various probiotics a chance at seeing what kind of help they can provide me. So far, aside from fresh refrigerated goat milk kefir, these probiotic pills have been the most effective.
